Blog #7 Italian Food

One of my favorite type of Italian foods are pasta. As a child, my favorite pasta dish was Chicken Alfredo Fettucine, but that was until I discovered the cheese tortellini noodles. There are different ways to serve the tortellini noodles. One way that I enjoyed them was last night when I went to Rigatoni's. My mom treated me out to dinner and I ordered the Spinach and Cheese Tortellini. This dish was super delicious and fantastic.

When it comes to pasta, there are different sauces and types of noodles that a person can prepare a dish with. There are the long, thin noodles that are used when you cook Spaghetti and there are those curved noodles that you use when you cook Macaroni and Cheese. With the noodles, there are also a variety of sauces that a person can use. Some of those sauces might be alfredo, the red marinara sauce, or any other sauce that you can imagine. It is also possible to eat any type of garlic bread with the noodles because it makes it a more perfect dish.

  2. Hey Kassandra! I think the pictures really make the blog come together- it made me hungry just looking at them. I also like how you added a first person view of your own experiences, because it shows your own opinions.

  4. I think one of the more romantic cities to visit is Italy. I personally went there on my honeymoon and my wife and I loved the food and the people there! I would strongly suggest Rome and Florence. Although it can get very touristy, especially in the summer, they are very beautiful places with so much history and culture. To break free from the tourist crowd, I would suggest you to try some home-dining options. We went to dine with one of the local hosts on BonAppetour, and were treated to a fancy meal at their homes on the rooftop! It is very simple to book a dinner with the hosts on their website too! Other than that, I would also suggest you to try taking one of those Vespa tours, especially in the Florence country-side. Riding on the vespa with your partner across the green landscape is actually very thrilling and romantic! Hope this helped!
