In chemistry, we were given a project about having a cookie bake-off, which gave me the idea that I should write about cookies. There are many ways to make cookies. One way, which is my favorite, is to make them by scratch. Others ways would be to get packaged cookie dough that comes from stores or just simply buying one of those cookie dough mixes and adding the rest of the ingredients that are needed. One tip that I learned from baking cookies were that the earlier you take it out, the softer it will be. It may be hard to tell when it is a good time to take the cookies out, but always remember that the cookies will harden when they get a chance to cool off.Cookies are everywhere and they are often the easiest thing to make. You can always find them. One of the greatest things about making it from scratch is being to save the cookie dough in the freezer for future use when you want to use them. It also lets you bake them to the size that you feel is necessary, whether you want them big or small. The hardest part about making cookies would probably be putting them on the cooking sheet and preparing them for the oven because the often is a really messy job.
